This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve had. I waited for two hours plus, and only two customers were served before my turn. The service efficiency was extremely poor. The staff Indian man who assisted me was also very snobbish and arrogant, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Very disappointing customer service.
