So far no issue for me. Carol and ilham polite and very fast. Recommended, just need to bring receipt yah for the claim.

Very bad experience. The feeling is "they just don't care". No calls and empty promises. My first and last with Xiaomi products. Not reliable. Lips service only.

Sent the child xiao mi watch which had battery storage issue. The female staff Carol was very courteous and helpful...the service was way above what I expected. Keep it up. Collected a replaced brand new watch...no questions asked on same day 2 hours later. Thank you.

The center service is good. However, there is 1 exclusive service center in Johor. Hope Xiaomi can increase 5 more branches in Johor.

Been waiting for 25 mins since 10am for the service center to open in Paradigm Mall. Yet door sign says the center opens at 10am. Lights are turned on but the doors are locked with no service staff in sight. Ridiculous.
