Employees were unfriendly. I was waiting for my family to finish shopping, and there were no waiting chairs available, so I had to sit on the stairs near the entrance along with a few children and an elderly man. The staff came over and rudely told us we were not allowed to sit anywhere, with a disrespectful look on their faces. I had no choice but to leave the store and abandon the items my family had picked out. A note to the management: I’m a tourist and I genuinely like your products. Every time I visit a Southeast Asian country and find your store, I usually spend no less than $500. However, your staff’s attitude will certainly make me think twice before entering any of your branches, even if they’re in another city or country.
