Reading the reviews and comments but I just find the staffs there are just fine, friendly and helpful. Was looking for items one after another and they would assist when requested without hesitation even though busy with something else. Bad service normally because of a few bad apples. Not all of them.

While one of the Malay staff seemed to have a less friendly attitude, I hope this doesn’t overshadow the great service from the rest of the team, who were all very pleasant and helpful.

On 2/8/24, I had the worst experience ever. The customer service representative spoke to me as if I were a child, showing no manners at all. Girl in the striped shirt adjusting the Airism innerwear, you better watch out your attitude. Thanks.
