Shopping for a ring and bracelet. Went in to Boutique CA****. Was very unpleasant being served by a lady sales leaving us leave unhappy. Went in to Tiffany&Co, served by Jenson Ho our unhappiness was immediately changed. We purchased a bracelet from him.

When I walked in to get 2 of my bracelets polished, the staff member who served me was rude. He was on his phone the whole time, no eye contact and look disinterested. He pulled out a tray for me to put my bracelet-all whilst still looking and typing on his phone. I expected better service from Tiffany & Co.

Great customer service as expected. They even have a private room for having your proposal on the spot. Not bad if you plan to have a surprise arrangement for your behalf. And you can't go wrong with their flagship diamond cutting - The Tiffany's Setting.
