Staff were very friendly and gave 120% service. But that's all that carried the stars given. The outlet seemed to (greatly) lack comfort and atmosphere unlike most CBTL outlets. Internet is tough in this mall area, so the WiFi offered here is a Godsend. Just have to trouble one's self with registering/logging in.

i want to highlight the lid of the paper cup doesn't work well to close the cup properly. please improve. the rim of the cup is not even as shown in photos, guess that's the reason.
