The location is a little bit secluded as it is located on the way to the bridge connecting Sunway Pyramid mall to BRT Sunway Lagoon. The resto is huge, but during our visit only 4 staff are manning the dining area. The crowd was ok, not full but not empty either. Food and service is what you can expect from sushi zanmai. All is good.

The service was fast and efficient. Even the place was well maintained and near. If you're going in a big group then need to book earlier because this place is always occupied especially during peak hours. The prices for the food were also reasonable.

Food served is always scrumptious and the service is good. Food doesn't take too long to arrive. It is served by a robot waiter. Staffs are friendly and outlet is clean. The only setback is that the outlet is very warm and you end up with headache after your meal.
