Brought a pair of Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds to fix three times!!! With the exact same problem every time. They've barely been used too. I paid almost RM800 "repairing" them. Useless servicing. Earbuds can't even connect to any device anymore. Won't be buying earbuds from Sony ever again.

Customer experience was exceptional. The sales person who attended to me gave clear explanation on the product, ongoing sales promotion and warranty registration. He even reminded me to redeem the Lalaport event campaign.

Dropped off my out of warranty xm4 at the service center here on a Friday. I received an SMS from them after 5 days to pick up my stuff. The repair was FOC and an additional 3 month warranty was given. The whole process was smooth and the store manager was very helpful.
