I had coffee and cake here while waiting for my appointment in Avisena. I like this place because of the valet parking. SR right in front if your car. Nice and quiet place. Clean.

Ordered online using their SRGO app. Terrible experience!! No coordination between order and delivery. Had to wait almost 4 hrs for delivery. Totally spoiled the cake's look when requested to write a message on cake. Will anyone hear me out?

I would give zero star if i have the option. Ordered online waired almost 1 hr. Called the outlet only to find they couldnt find a rider and cancelled the order. At least have the courtesy to inform the customer. Now had to wait for the refund since they are not clear of the SOP
