They only have two premier rooms, but I ended up in Room 19, which is much smallerāmore like a deluxe room size. They mentioned the other premier room is bigger, so it feels unfair to customers since weāre paying for the same āpremierā ā¦

Staff all are very friendly and helpful. List of songs, some updated but some not. Overall, i like it, the food was nice and the portion is very big! We even taken away all the unfinished foods. Heheheh.

Captain Ridz customer service has been top notched during our karaoke session. Rendering help with technical difficulties at the start of our session promptly as well as taking care of all our food orders as well. Overall a smooth experience at red box the curve!

very rude and bad service by girl receptionist name ALYN. Can you guys put her in the kitchen. It's not pleasant to see her at the reception with such a arrogant face. Apart from her, all the staff are very nice.

The drinks are good. Don't like the Japanese food they serve. Better to have fries and finger food/western. Room ok. Mic ok but next door noisy and shouting. Room not very soundproof. Song options limited
