Second trip to the store, Paco and Stephen are very friendly and greetings were excellent. Love how they gave advice on which bag suits me best. End up buying 2 beautiful bags.

The staff was incredibly rude. Instead of politely asking us to wait outside because the store was full, an employee rudely put up a chain and lock to block the entrance, as if we couldn't understand a verbal request. I will not be purchasing anything here. The KLCC boutique offers a much better experience.
