It's like a museum for people with literary and stationery sensibilities. I just wish there are some chairs nearby, the feet gets tired from prolonged browsing! Later on, I visited another book store outside, and based on comparison, Popular does have quite a few items cheaper than outside store, so it's by no means suffering of the death of the retail stores.

Multiple choices of anything you had in mind when looking and buying for school supplies, novels and others. Great discount as well by being a member, worth it...

This branch very spacious and many books available plus their good arangement too . They even have japanese food together with electronic items and character figure . Various stationary and art and craft available too

The store was quite big, but the cashier was quite 'small'. Only 1 cashier at a time and it took an extra time to settle the payment. It will be worse waiting time if there're some issues during payment. No backup cashier at that time (might be short of staff).

Very good service from Che MiMi from sunway popular bookstore in assisting my purchase for car phone holder. Very patience sales lady.

It’s really disappointing that Popular Bookstore still requires customers to carry a physical member card in order to enjoy discounts. This practice is outdated, extremely inconvenient, and far behind other retailers who already offer digital membership options.
