Rude management. Dh transferred money for weeks but didn't receive it. Call not picked up. No inform transaction file. At the end the IC got blocked because of their mistake. Bad service

My experience staffs are friendly, they take a lot of it, at JB Sentral it's cheaper guys. 100USD gets you RM418.. if here it's RM400

The hijab-wearing staff is crazy rude.. my mom just asked about the money since this is our first time traveling overseas.. and then she made a face and slammed the counter shut in front of my mom.. she treats us like we are foreigners.

If you want to exchange money, this is the best.. The rates are not expensive, the service is ok, the staff is friendly.. Don't go to the one next to the entrance, it's so hot.. the rates are crazy high, the service is also like you want it..
