Was early and Speedy service to renew driving license 😃 Location at new wing. B1. Look for kluang station and my tie shop.

It is a peak hour and only 2 staffs at the reception counter. The collection of parcel is exactly the same counter with all other transactions which is a totally not efficient at all. It is wasting my time for waiting while I just want to do collect a parcel.

The customer was already standing at the counter, but both reception staff were busy scrolling on TikTok? Is this the level of service from Poslaju? I was right in front of them and they didn’t even notice until I said “Excuse me?”. Please improve your staff’s professionalism.

Firstly, the que number machine was placed at blind spot, so you wont see it when you walk in.
