Amazing store and sales staff (Passa Sani especially) knowledgeable about the products, gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell. I am not a big fan of skin care products personally but my influencer friend loved products and service so much she spent more than on Ritz. Thank you!

Stopped by OnlyKorea while shopping at LaLaport. The variety of Korean skincare brands is impressive, definitely worth checking out if you're into K-Beauty. **edit: Unfortunately I wasn’t happy while being asked to do this review. I scan QR then the staff grabbed my phone from my hand said let me do it. Not even asking permission, even tap here tap there on my screen cos she obviously didn’t know how to navigate it to Google review as I set Safari as my main web browser. Learn to guide instead of just simply grab customer’s phone. (Thinner & taller staff with the head scarf) And do a thorough wiping on the silver metal counters, there was barely any customers and 3 staffs.

I found so many Korean skincare brands here that I couldn't find elsewhere in KL. The store is spacious and easy to navigate.
