It's hard to find local people as staff in this branch except cashier. I have trouble finding what I want, even showing pics to the foreign staff, they can't help. But if you don't need help, should not be any issue

Got faulty item & unable to get refund. Only can exchange. Fine. But when exchange the supervisor said “I only help you this time only, not next time due to hygiene reason”. Understood. But you are the one selling the faulty item. So you have to take the responsibility instead blaming customers.
