Went here this morning for change my expired bank card. The pic named Mr .Firdaus is really helpfull and very polite while assist me to changing my card. His explanation is really clear when explain about the QR BIZ apps.. big applause to him with his professional way..

Waited for almost 30min just to change money to smaller change once go to the counter after number was called they mentioned you need to go to another counter. Not organised at all.
