Went in for a Classic Pedicure @RM68 and left completely disappointed. There was no greeting from the staff upon arrival, even though the shop wasn't busy. I opted for the Classic Pedicure, which supposedly includes nail and cuticle trimming, nail cutting, basic dead skin removal, and a sea salt scrub. We arrived at 3:45 PM, and after short wait, the pedicure began at 3:50 PM. Shockingly, the entire process was wrapped up in under 10 minutes. It was clear the staff was rushing, when my mom checked her foot, the dead skin was still clearly present, with zero visible difference LOL. When I pointed out that the service only lasted 15 minutes, the lady claimed it "depends on the type of feet", ridiculous excuse. Meanwhile, she just tried to upsell us the "deeper cleansing" service instead. While RM68 isn't outrageously expensive, the service is a disappointment, waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back. Service rating: 0/10.

I had an absolutely fantastic first visit to this nail salon! From the serene ambiance to the impeccable service, I was thoroughly impressed. Wai Ting, the nail technician who attended to me, did an outstanding job! She perfectly executed the French chrome nails exactly as I requested. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail salon!

I visited this salon with my husband and opted for the classic pedicure, which cost RM68. The manicurist informed us that the service would take at least 30 minutes; however, it was completed in only 10–15 minutes, which left me very disappointed. Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and the manicurist with maroon-red hair appeared unfriendly. The other staff members also neither greeted us nor smiled, despite the fact that there were no other customers in the shop at the time. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere and gave the impression that the staff were rushing without reason. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. Worst experience ever.

Wai Ting is very good with nail art. I always look forward to her nail service. She is super meticulous and patient. Very professional! Recommend!

Really had a good experience with Wai Ting. Very patient and very friendly. Very satisfied with my nails. We did a bit of a change of colour. The right side is the pic that I wanted, and the right side is what I had! Def coming back again!

Staff were welcoming and warm towards me and my daughter. Pedicurist who did my pedicure was very professional, gentle and skillful, with no pain as she constantly checked in on me to see if I am alright. Felt very relaxed and in good hands. We both left the shop feeling happy and grateful. Will definitely patronise again!
