This is a great place for a KL destination for Express/VIP coaches. Conveniently located within the Lalaport Mall with F&B and retail outlets. There are two luggage lockers corner, too.

The hub for boarding the bus to Singapore is located inside Lalaport Mall, clean, beautiful, and very convenient, only 2km from Pavillion Bukit Pitang. I booked it through the Easybook app for 400k VND, paid via Zalopay. Remember to fill out your Singapore immigration information through the Myicamobile app.

Getting here before the mall opens. We came at 6 30 am. Take a Grab and enter via the parking ramp off Jalan Purdu. The driver was able to drop us outside the waiting lounge where the buses usually stop. The security guards were very helpful and directed our driver. Saved a lot of walking.
