Dr. Liau is an excellent doctor. She is friendly and she listens to what you have to say. She takes her time to explain your questions to your satisfaction. I really feel fortunate to have found her to take care of all of all of my health needs.

Front counter staff and doctor are very friendly and helpful, however I did mention I prefer to be spoken to in English but doctor still primarily spoke to me in mandarin

Going for blood test. Front desk/assistant is very friendly, helpful and polite. Doctor also kind and friendly. Overall good experience.
