Very very bad customer service. The salesperson ( especially the chinese guy with glasses and short hair) is very rude and often fiddle with his phone while serving his customer. Replies with loud tone when explaining the issue. Not helpful at all and strongly will not recommend future buyers to visit this outlet ever again.

i visited this HP outlet and was seeking guidance for a model that i was particularly interested in. I asked the manager about the model and was seeking guidance but to my suprise he was very rude and loud towards me. But as a pretty lady walked in to the store, he immediately changed his attitude to a very polite man.
