Amazing and friendly staffs. It was my first visit and trial to a sweat spa but the staffs made me feel at ease with the whole treatment. There are TVs in the spa room that you can watch whilst you are doing the treatment.

Mrs. TAN explained everything about the sauna and how it helps you. Measurements of your body before and after is taken to understanding what is your current stats and after the treatment what has improve. No hard selling and will definitely go back.

It was a great experience. I haven’t sweated so much for a long time. My body was tensed and i injured my lower back last week, but after the sauna n red light therapy session, i felt relieved almost instantly. The pain in my lower back also subsided.

Enjoyed my 45 min session without red light very much. Felt super energized after the session. Facility is very clean with fresh crisp towels provided. Simple and straight to the point. No pushy schemes and unpleasant conversations. Thank you Ms Tan and Marcus for making my trip a very pleasant one.

I've tried one session, not sure what the outcome will be but will come for a few more sessions to find out effects. There are many published benefits, I look forward to it. The place is clean, private rooms comfortable, Ms Tan and Marcus are absolutely delightful to seek advice and talk to.
