Great service and hospitality. The staff has been updating me the progress from time to time. I came to fix my black screen, thought it was a screen issue. Turns out it was the motherboard issue caused by water damage. Ultimately I paid lesser than estimated price.

Good dealing with Guru. Settled the USB c issue quickly within 2hr turn around even tho he busy. Appreciate the work. Even tho RM180 for 1 usb c port, better than buy new laptop because this laptop only have 1 USB C port for charging. …
