I think the past reviews were due to previous management but if you're going here, do request for Allison as she is well experienced and gives good advice on hair. Ive been going here for 2 years plus and my experience has been pleasant. She always knows what my hair needs or what colour suits my face and complexion. Her styles are leaning towards Korean haircuts and colour with reasonable price. Haircut and wash - RM50-RM60, Keratin treatment and colour - from RM200 onwards. Been recommending this place to my family and friends and they share a similar experience❤️
