Besides the sales girl here being helpful, I find the stocks at this outlet is fairly complete. If you are picky with colors, this maybe a good outlet for you

Friendly salesperson that she assisted us with smile despite our indecisiveness during our purchase. If only there's even smaller size than 1 for JR Fipper, I would definitely buy it for my youngest daughter. Haha.

The staff at this branch is very friendly & patient, they are also knowledgeable in advising me the correct selection. I'm very pleased with their customer service. Been there many times and everyone in my family buy from there. Well Done!

Well, my feelings is.. Uncomfortable when we are looking the suitable shoe...and.. The sales girl Keeping persuasion the products which we don't like. POOR service and UNFRIENDLY sales girl.

Good customer service! The girls at 1U Fipper were very helpful in helping me choose the right size for my toddler. In addition , when I had wanted to change the colour their boss was very nice to allow it and was very prompt in reverting when the colour was available in the shop!

5 stars services to an Indian lady who on duty 9 February 2025 evening she is very knowledgeable give advice which sandal suit our purposes. Nowadays rare meet shop staff who serve customers from heart.
