Last time I went to Crocs, the old lady staff didn’t tell me about the promotion items couldn’t be exchanged after purchase. When I went back to ask about it, she acted like she didn’t know anything, even though she was the one who served me. Luckily, the male staff member came over, explained everything, and was really helpful. I’m grateful to the other two staff, but honestly, the older lady attitude was disappointing. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor service.

Went to lalaport for a window shopping, but the staff in Crocs who's name Firdy explain to me about crocs, convinced me and told me what's special about crocs and so on. Really loves him talking, such a knowledgeable person! And I end up bought for me and my husband. Thankyou Firdy loves to see u again xx

Horrible! Bought shoes only one month ago and they’re broken now. I haven’t used them in any weird way. QUALITY IS SO BAD
