At times, it is not too busy so it is easy to just walk in. Burger is served delicious just how standard BK works.

Ordered Double Whopper Jr with onion rings. The burger was satisfactory but look at my onion rings.... they're almost burnt! Taste a little bitter...sigh! I get that there's a lunch crowd and they are busy but just a feedback for improvement in the future?

The location is good but the back door is just a decoration. An employee sitting near the door asked us to use the front door, in the end we found another place to have a quick meal

Last Friday I went in late to this BK branch, but the staffs there were friendly and helpful. Especially the assistant restaurant manager Noorhidayah was very kind, and patiently explained the functions of the new machine to me. I had a pleasant dinning experience over there.

Decent service. Friendly staff just not very speedy. But then again, it could be due to the slow traffic in the mall at this time. Food is still nice, hot & delicious. Seatings are standard BK outlets with the variety versions. No mosquitoes during my visit as was reported by previous visitors. Good.
