19/5- flies found inside the display cabinet. When confronted the staff manning the counter- they said it was difficult to get rid off and normal to have those insects hang around inside.

Bought a loaf bread on 24 August at citta mall, expiry on 26 August it mentioned at the label, and today is 26 August, I open and see got fungal there, lucky I didn't give to my child without checking, so disgusting

Bought a creamcheese bun from here, an hour after consuming the newly bought bun, my friend and i suddenly started vommiting and had severe food poisoning for the past few days, advice for everyone to please check the insides of the bun before eating and dont make the same mistake as i did!

The staff is super super rude n shouting at me. I’m not Malaysia, I’m super shocked by the Malaysia unfriendly attitude staff. Bad impression. How can the stall owner hire this type of staff, we r go to your stall to buy bread n yet get bad experience, we r paying not FOC beard.

I work nearby citta and always buy from this place cause theres no other option other than VG. The staffs are always rude everytime i come, no eye contact, no smile and making face when questions asked. Bread is not that great anyway, just buy gardenia roti 😆 …

Sells old and expired bakery items. Please do not consume from Citta mall outlet. Try the 1 utama one. They make fresh ones.

Please do not sell overnight items! I usually buy breads from here and it never happens before. I brought 3 items from here last week and all of it are very dry from inside, not fresh anymore.

No wonder the business not good, the cashier very rude and kind of "you are nothing and invisible". When you asking in a very polite way, she twisted her eye and talking in a very corky tone. Bye bread story.
