I feel like I got scammed. I had a Starbucks card with money on it and when I closed my rewards account, they deactivated the card and kept all my money. Then when I contacted costumer service, they never replied.

The drive thru cashier (Denis) lied and said he would give me a donut for RM5 but charged me RM16. I said I didn't want it but it was still added to the menu when I gave my card to pay. Finally, I suddenly got a donut but I didn't want it and didn't order it.
