Bought the flavour of the day from Baskin Robbins. Of course, the ice cream was delicious as always, it is Baskin Robbins after all. The staff were fine, not particularly expressive but polite and efficient, which was totally okay since I was just buying and going. Overall, a satisfying quick stop for good ice cream.

They cancel my grab order two times because they dont have items. If no items available then please remove from the menu and dont waste my time.

Efficient service but bad attitude from the lady at the cashier. Was asking for the ice to takeaway my ice cream. She just throws it on the cashier.

Worst customer service. 2 days ago took so long bcs he's been scrolling on Tiktok, now casually redeemed the voucher instead of using the promo have been shown. If can't redeem in a promo price then ask permission for using it or not la cb. Baik aku beli flavour lain je kalau redeem voucher.
