I ordered the Combo itam by pick up. It claimed it comes with Free Bask Bear charm but after picking up my pack, otw back I checked in disappointment that there was no charm in the pack. It was supposed to be free. Why should I indicate the free item in my order?

Not as bad as the review said but should have lots of room for improvement especially the cleanliness and comfort in the cafe. Feel like dirty and not well cleaned. However, food wise were great and drinks were good.
