Went to change watch battery, pay rm40 with cash because they got no cashless payment, after few days my watch start masuk air, all this while my watch have no problem nak masuk air, then my watch stop working due to air masuk. I have to spend more on fixing my watch sebab masuk air. Never want to go here again.

Poor customer service. Salesman very condescending- even laughed at me for calling Daniel Wellington watches as Daniel Wellington and not DW. lol..customers are not always right, but treat your customers right!

Came to get my watch battery replace today, the indian staff told me only accept cash of RM40. No cards or other paying method. What a shame on going cashless.
